Professional Community Management, An Associa® Company Assists with Community Maintenance

Built in 1974, this community is comprised of two buildings located on the bluffs of Rancho Palos Verdes.

Challenge:

The community had suffered from several years of deferred maintenance. The board of directors had spent the recent years nailing down their budget and aligning funds for future major projects.

Resolution:

The community transitioned to Professional Community Management, An Associa® Company, on September 1, 2018. The maintenance division was brought on to repair numerous items on a trial basis in March 2019. The maintenance contract saved the association considerably, and the board has agreed to review bids for an increase in the number of on-site hours per month. The board is pleased with the division’s quality of work, and they are looking forward to seeing the schedule of future completion dates.
