The 1586-unit community located in Murrieta, California has been managed by Professional Community Management, An Associa® Company, for over 20 years. The premier 55+ HOA features a state-of-the-art clubhouse, grand ballroom, library, fitness center, billiards room, communications studio, beauty salon, newsletter office, pool, hot tub, walking trails, and 15 on-site staff members.

Challenge:

The community needed to update its clubhouse to modernize the neighborhood and protect property values. Many moving parts and factors came into play, including designers, contractors, city regulations, permits, and budgets, and the branch was able and willing to assist and lend their expertise.
